2) What this covers. Our ChatGPT Agent that creates estimates and any Actions that call external APIs (e.g., QuickBooks, Square).
3) Data we process. Client name, job-site address, project details, estimate line items, files you upload, and any chat inputs you provide to the Agent.
4) How data flows. Relevant parts of your input may be sent to connected third-party services when you use Actions (e.g., creating or updating an estimate in QuickBooks/Square). We don’t control how those providers use data—review their policies. 
5) Purpose. Generating and managing job estimates, scopes of work, and invoices.
6) Retention. We keep estimate records for {12 months} unless you ask us to delete where legally permissible.
7) Sharing. With service providers strictly to run this workflow (e.g., QuickBooks, Square, file storage). No selling of personal data.
8) Security. Reasonable technical and organizational measures; no method is 100% secure.
9) Your rights. Access, correction, deletion where applicable; contact us at the email above.
